Reconstructive Urologist, you will: - Provide comprehensive care
for patients with complex urological conditions. - Perform advanced
reconstructive surgeries, which may include urethral
reconstruction, ureteral reconstruction, surgical treatments for
male urinary incontinence and erectile dysfunction, urinary
diversion, and genital reconstruction. - Collaborate with a
multidisciplinary team to develop personalized treatment plans. -
Engage in clinical research and contribute to the advancement of
urological care. - Mentor and educate medical students, residents,
and fellows. - Participate in innovative treatments and minimally
