Summit Group is seeking a professional and outgoing Account
Executive for the Food & Beverage (F&B) team. The Account
Executive plays a fundamental role on the F&B team, working
closely with others on the team to develop and execute integrated
marketing programs/campaigns, which include but are not limited to
advertising, digital marketing, promotions, PR and events for B2B
and consumer clients. PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Play a fundamental role on the F&B team and supporting the
Account Manager across all aspects of the job, including but not
limited to client service, digital marketing, social media,
advertising/media buys, collateral development, PR support, and
general account management.
- Work with a range of stakeholders including clients,
colleagues, agency partners and partner organizations.
- Monitor and execute assigned project deliverables, timelines
and budgets.
- Attend client meetings, record notes and next steps, and
support client and sales team requests.
- Assist on an ad hoc basis with reporting and special project
execution.
- Collaborate with team members on ways to improve client
programs and internal processes.
- Assist the team with monthly, quarterly, and yearly
reports.
- Perform other duties as assigned by supervisor and/or
management.
- Be a passionate advocate for our clients.

- Administrative duties included but not limited to: opening
tracking time daily, client projects, setting up budgets, managing
budgets, setting up new vendors, processing vendor invoices,
etc.

- Effective Communication KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:
- Bachelor's degree or relevant work experience.
- Minimum of 2-5 years agency experience or equivalent work
experience.
- Proficiency in the use of Microsoft Office suite, including
Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook, social media (Instagram,
Twitter, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.), internet and website
navigation, and a keyboard.
- Adobe Illustrator, ShortStack, Canva, MailChimp a plus.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the
ability to communicate information to all levels of management and
size of group.
- Willingness to work collaboratively in a team environment and
independently with minimal supervision.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously with
superior attention to detail.
- Ability to identify, analyze, and evaluate situations or
problems to determine and implement appropriate course(s) of
action.
- Self-starter and independent thinker who has the desire to work
