Job Description:
Aramark is seeking a Concessions Manager who will be responsible
for overseeing the entire operations of concessions units within
sports and entertainment venues. The ideal candidate will bring a
commitment to providing exceptional guest service while efficiently
managing all aspects of concessions operations, including sales,
staff, inventory, and compliance with health and safety
regulations. This role is perfect for individuals passionate about
enhancing the fan experience through outstanding food service and
operational excellence. Manage day-to-day operations of concession
stands and portable food services at sporting and entertainment
events. Oversee the preparation and service of food and beverages
to ensure quality standards are met. Hire, train, and manage staff,
ensuring a high level of customer service and operational
efficiency. Develop and implement innovative menu items and sales
strategies to enhance customer satisfaction and profitability.
Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and sanitation
regulations. Manage inventory control and procurement to ensure
that all necessary supplies are available and cost-effective.
Prepare and analyze sales reports to assess profitability and
identify opportunities for improvement. Collaborate with venue
managers and other Aramark departments to ensure seamless event
execution. Strong leadership and people management skills Excellent
organizational and time management skills Ability to handle
high-pressure situations Strong communication and interpersonal
skills Knowledge of food service operations and experience in a
high-volume environment Proficiency in point of sale (POS) systems
