charismatic General Manager to lead our team at our full-service
restaurant near Lancaster, PA. Event experience is required to be
considered for this position. About the Role: As General Manager of
our restaurant, you will oversee all aspects of restaurant
operations, including front-of-house and back-of-house management,
inventory management, labor forecasting, events management, and
customer satisfaction. You will lead by example, fostering a
positive and inclusive work environment that encourages
collaboration, creativity, and growth. Responsibilities: Provide
exceptional leadership and guidance to restaurant staff, promoting
a culture of excellence and accountability Drive sales growth
through effective marketing strategies, menu management, and
exceptional customer service Manage labor costs, inventory, and
supplies to optimize profitability Develop and implement effective
training programs to enhance employee skills and knowledge Plan and
execute successful events, including weddings, parties, and
corporate functions Foster strong relationships with local vendors,
partners, and the community Ensure compliance with all company
policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements Requirements: 4
years of restaurant management experience, preferably in a
full-service setting including event management Proven track record
of success in driving sales growth, improving customer
satisfaction, and developing high-performing teams Strong
leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills Ability to
work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations
Familiarity with labor laws, inventory management, and
point-of-sale systems Experience in the kitchen as well as front of
