We are looking for an eager to work individual with drive and passion to join our marketing team.*Human Resources Generalist Job Summary *Perform activities in the human resource area. Includes employment specialists who screen, recruit, interview, and place workers. Human resource generalists are trained to perform both administrative and strategic hiring duties and planning. HR Generalists recruit and place workers, train and on-board, and help guide new employees through the complicated process of benefits and compensation. HR represents both the employee and the company and handles employee relations. Human Resources Generalists also have the crucial task of complying with all local, state, and federal regulations for HR. The ideal candidate will be organized, experienced, and a dedicated strategist and planner.*Duties and Responsibilities * - Recruit and interview potential applicants on experience, skills, and education - Update job requirements when needed - Analyzes staffing logistics and organizes documentation - Contact applicant references and perform background checks required by company - Organize and manage new employee orientation, on-boarding, and training programs - Explain and provide information on employee benefits, programs, and education. May also advise on benefit needs or evaluate benefit contract bids. - Cover all legal compliance for human resource federal and state requirements - Maintain employee records and paperwork - Represent employer in community and recruiting events - Answer employee questions and addresses employee concerns with company; including employee safety, welfare, wellness and health - Manages committees on wellness, training, health and safety, culture, and communications as needed*Requirements and Qualifications * - Conduct Exit Interviews - Possesses superb written and spoken communication skills - Excellent interpersonal relationship building and employee coaching skills - Excellent computer skills, knowledge of Human Resources Information Systems (HRIS), Excel and demonstrated skills in database management and record keeping - Organized and efficient in daily tasks - HR applicants require a bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field, or extensive prior experience in human resources - Three to five plus years of experience in human resources positions. - Specialized training in employment law, compensation, organizational planning, organization development, employee relations, safety, training, and preventive labor relations, preferred. - General knowledge of employment laws and best practices - Support with evaluating employee Performance - Present HR Reports*Benefits * - 401(k) matching - Dental insurance - Health insurance - Paid time off - Professional development assistance - Referral program - Vision insurance - Paid Parking - Gym MembershipJob Type: Full-timePay: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00 per yearBenefits:* 401(k) matching* Dental insurance* Health insurance* Paid time off* Professional development assistance* Referral program* Vision insuranceSchedule:* Monday to FridayExperience:* Human resources: 3 years (Required)Language:* Spanish (Required)Work Location: One location
