Job Description:
We’re looking for a talented HR professional to join our Global
Benefits team. The HR Benefits Analyst is a versatile role that
blends operational management of employee benefits with the
strategic project management of HR initiatives. This role is
suitable for someone eager to contribute to the core operations of
HR Benefits, while also supporting to drive change and improvement
within the function. Responsibilities : • Support transformation
project management within the Global Benefits team, ensuring
strategic alignment and timely execution. • Establish and maintain
project plans, timelines, and documentation, assisting with the
identification and resolution of risks and dependencies. •
Participate in the preparation and dissemination of stakeholder
engagement materials and contribute to project leadership forums. •
Support day-to-day benefits operations, including employee
inquiries, vendor coordination and benefit enrollments, to ensure a
seamless employee experience. • Analyze data, identify trends, and
develop recommendations to improve operational efficiency. •
Contribute to the strategic development of the Global Benefits
function, staying informed of market trends and participating in
team projects. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support
broader transformation efforts within Total Rewards. Skills : •
Proficiency in HR systems and Microsoft Office Suite, with a strong
emphasis on Excel, Word, and PowerPoint. • Excellent analytical,
problem-solving, and project management skills. • Strong
communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work
effectively in a team environment. • Detail-oriented with a high
regard for confidentiality and ethical handling of sensitive
information. Qualifications : • Bachelor’s degree in human
resources, business administration, or a related field. • 1-3 years
of experience in an HR generalist role, project management or
related area. • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a
fast-paced environment. • Proven track record of working
independently and collaboratively across various functions and
locations. • A client service ethic and a proactive approach to
identifying and solving problems.
