As a Talent Acquisition professional, you will identify and
engage top-tier candidates who align with the organization's
mission to create a better financial future for its clients. In
this role, you will partner closely with business leaders and HR to
drive a best-in-class recruitment process that supports the broader
mission of helping more and more people experience financial

institutional and retail clients. Description Manage the end-to-end
recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing,
and hiring candidates across multiple business functions. Partner
closely with hiring managers, HR business partners, and senior
leadership to understand talent needs and deliver effective hiring
strategies. Ensure a seamless, engaging, and inclusive candidate
experience that reflects values and the employer brand. Proactively
build and maintain talent pipelines through a mix of sourcing
techniques, including direct outreach, employee referrals, and
recruitment marketing. Leverage recruitment metrics and market
insights to influence decisions and continuously improve hiring
processes. Maintain accurate records in applicant tracking systems
and ensure adherence to hiring policies, data privacy, and
employment laws. Profile Strategic and proactive recruiter with a
proven track record of delivering high-quality talent in
fast-paced, high-performance environments. Excellent
relationship-building skills, able to confidently partner with
senior stakeholders to understand evolving business needs. Deep
understanding of recruitment best practices combined with a
data-driven mindset to consistently drive results. Committed to
