Summary: The ComputerOperator II processesscheduled routines that present few difficult operating problems (e.g., infrequentor easily resolved error conditions). Duties andResponsibilities:In response to computer output instructions or error conditions, this worker applies standard operating or corrective procedure, refers problems that do not respond to preplanned procedure, and may serve as an assistant operator, working under general supervision.Operateand monitor computer equipmentPerform routine tasks to maintain computer equipment and peripheralsRespond to helpdesk tickets and customer needsAdvise, assist and train in applying, configuring, troubleshooting, and delivering electronic customer support servicesWorks with customers to assure all practices andprocedures within customer requirements are metOther duties asassigned Minimum Qualifications: (To perform thisjob successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential dutysatisfactorily.) HighSchool Diploma Minimum 2years experience as a computer operator . Knowledge, Skillsand Abilities:Experience in MicrosoftOffice Physical Demands: (The physical demands describedhere are representative of those that must be met by an employee tosuccessfully perform the essential functions of this job.
