As the Technical Writer with Redjack, you will be responsible for
authoring and editing a variety of documentation that will be
published across multiple platforms. Your day-to-day will include
supporting the Customer Success Team with projects that improve and
enhance Redjacks messaging for both technical and non-technical
audiences. In this role, you will partner with
subject-matter-experts (SMEs) and colleagues in different
departments to write, revise, and publish white papers, reports,
and as-needed marketing materials.
The ideal candidate is a technically minded, self-starter who
navigates ambiguity with ease and enjoys collaboration but is
confident operating independently as well. If youre interested in

Author a variety of documentation including, white papers,
proposals, step-by-step deployment guides, and FAQs to improve
product understanding and enhance the onboarding experience for new
Communicate highly technical information about complex IT systems
and products into simplistic language for end-users, key
stakeholders, and partners
Collaborate across teams and meet with authors to review documents,
compile inputs/corrections, resolve incompatible comments, and
provide final publishable documentation
Edit and identify logical inconsistencies in content to ensure
message accuracy and consistent voice and tone
What were looking for to start:
You have demonstrated success working as a technical writer and you
are able to explain in simple language technical ideas that are
difficult for the average reader to understand.
You have foundational understanding / experience working with
You have experience working with developers, end users, and key
stakeholders to create work products.
You have a meticulous eye for detail and strong organizational
skills and ability to self-start.
You have a bachelor's degree in communication, engineering, or a
related field, or equivalent training, fellowship, or work
