Provide support for enterprise hardware and software including
installation, setup, repair, or upgrades.
? Administers and supports 900+ Windows 2003/2008/2012 servers
within 30+ Active Directory forests in a heavily virtualized
? Scripts and templates Active Directory forest and virtual server
? Experience with group policy.
? Provides software support for enterprise applications and
services including Microsoft Exchange, Microsoft SharePoint,
Citrix, IIS, FTP, and Deltek Cost Point.
? Monitors the health of the network and provides performance
reports as needed.
? Serves as an escalation point for Service Desk issues. Conducts
workshops and training for ITS staff.
? Manages multiple projects related to hardware and software
deployments, upgrades, demos.
? Participates in 24x7 on-call rotation.
? Performs additional duties as required.
? Bachelor?s degree and 4-6 years of related experience. Equivalent
experience can be substituted for Bachelor's degree.
? MCSA or MCSE (or equivalent) certification preferred.
? VMware Certified Professional (or equivalent) certification
? CCNA certification preferred.
? Experience with FISMA, HIPAA, or SOX compliance preferred.
? Must be capable of lifting items (boxes, computer equipment,
etc.) weighing up to 30 pounds.
? Good verbal and written communication skills.
