As an Agile Business Analyst in our practice you will:

• Interface with clients and other project stakeholders to lead the delivery of product releases
• Support the software development environment with emphasis in the Requirement Analysis, Planning and Testing phases
• Proactively manage and mitigate risks and issues across Scrum team
• Elicit, analyze, document, help prioritize, and manage requirements from multiple stakeholders
• Manage the activities, tasks, and deliverables of application releases throughout the Agile SAFe SDLC
• Participate in/facilitate discussions to discover solutions
• Capture and transform business and technology requirements into User Stories and Acceptance criteria
  Required Qualifications:
  
  • Bachelor's Degree from an accredited College or University
  • 3+ years of Business Analyst experience
  • 2+ years working in Agile environment utilizing Agile Lifecycle Management tools (e.g. Jira, Rally, VersionOne, etc.)
  • Must have active Secret Clearance
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Must be local to the DMV area and have the ability to travel onsite at the client's request
    Desired Qualifications:
    
    • SAFe Certified
    • Experience with Salesforce projects
    • Consulting experience related to state, local, or federal government projects
