Location: Hybrid in DC area / Remote in US can be considered on case by case basis Project Overview: We are searching for an experienced SharePoint Developer with a robust Power Platform and SPFx background, demonstrating expertise in crafting SharePoint and Power Platform applications while utilizing modern front-end development technologies. Proficient in converting SharePoint Designer workflows to Power Automate workflows and InfoPath forms to Power Apps applications. Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365, SharePoint Online, and Power Platform is a must. The ideal candidate must excel in communication, enabling effective interaction with customers and possess strong self-prioritization skills. Moreover, the role involves collaborating with stakeholders to comprehend business requirements and translating them into efficient solutions utilizing Power Platform, M365, SharePoint, SPFx, OneDrive, and Teams. Primary Responsibilities: The SharePoint Developer responsibilities may include but are not limited to: • Design user-friendly and visually appealing interfaces for Power Apps and Power Automate solutions. • Responsible for customizing SharePoint sites, creating web parts using SPFx, and integrating SharePoint with other systems to meet the evolving needs. • Implement security and access controls within the Power Platform and SharePoint to ensure data protection and compliance. • Stay up to date with the latest features and updates in the Power Platform, M365, SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and related technologies, evaluating their potential application within the organization. • Create wireframes, prototypes, and design mock-ups to demonstrate UI concepts and gather feedback. • Develop Power Apps custom components, themes, and styles to ensure consistent branding and visual coherence across applications. • Design and develop custom applications and workflows using Power Apps and Power Automate, integrating seamlessly with SharePoint. • Develop interactive dashboards, reports, and data visualizations using Power BI, integrating data from SharePoint, OneDrive, Teams, and other sources. • Collaborate with other teams and stakeholders to drive adoption and ensure successful implementation of Power Platform. M365, SharePoint and Teams solutions. Desired Skills & Qualifications • 8 years of experience and a Bachelor’s degree required. Commensurate education for experience. • 4 years of experience in Power Platform development • Hands-on development experience with SharePoint on premises 2016 and development tools including Visual Studio, JavaScript, CSS, .NET, HTML, JQuery, and Power Platform • Experience in SSOM, JSOM, CSOM, REST API, SPServices, Master Pages, Layouts, Visual Web Part, PowerShell and SPFx (SharePoint Framework) • Knowledge of SQL and SQL reporting services • Establish and help maintain end user access policy and permissions • Create, plan, and execute end-user SharePoint training sessions for staff • Microsoft SharePoint Certification Education/Experience: BS or BA in CS, CIS, EE, Math or equivalent technical studies.
