We are currently seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Security Assistant Account Manager/Investigator to join our growing team. This role is pivotal in managing our security operations and conducting investigations to ensure the safety and security of our clients. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of security personnel, implementing security strategies, and leading investigative efforts to resolve security breaches and issues. Manage and supervise security personnel to ensure the highest level of security service is provided to our clients. Conduct and oversee investigations related to theft, vandalism, accidents, and other security incidents. Collaborate with local law enforcement and other pertinent entities as necessary. Prepare detailed reports on incidents and investigations, providing actionable insights and recommendations. Implement and monitor security protocols and procedures to ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations. Participate in the recruitment and training of new security staff members. Coordinate security operations for special events and high-risk scenarios. Strong leadership and team management skills. Excellent analytical and problem-solving abilities. Effective communication and interpersonal skills. Proficient in using security technology and software. Experience in conducting investigations and writing reports.
