Position Description: CGI Federal has an exciting opportunity
for a Systems Interoperability Tester within our Intel sector
advancing the national security mission through cutting edge
technology. You must have a passion for keeping pace with rapidly
evolving technology advancements and leveraging your knowledge on a

The Systems Interoperability Tester ensures diverse systems can
communicate and exchange data effectively by planning, designing,
and executing tests, analyzing results, and creating technical
documentation to verify compatibility, performance, and security
standards. Key duties include developing test plans and
methodologies, deploying test environments, analyzing data to
identify compatibility issues, troubleshooting problems, and
collaborating with hardware, software, and systems teams to achieve
seamless integration across multi-domain operations. CGI Federal is

located in USA VA Arlington, however, a hybrid working model is
acceptable in the area. Your future duties and responsibilities: •
Test Planning and Design: Develop comprehensive interoperability
testing plans, test methodologies, and test cases to evaluate
system compatibility and performance. • Test Environment
Deployment: Set up and manage virtual and physical test
environments, including necessary tools and infrastructure, for
testing systems and applications. • Interoperability Testing:
Conduct tests on systems that exchange electronic information and
data, ensuring data consistency and proper functioning. • Data
Analysis and Reporting: Analyze test results, track regression
trends, identify root causes of failures, and generate detailed
reports and risk assessments. • Problem Resolution: Troubleshoot
and resolve issues encountered with system equipment,
configurations, or data exchange, ensuring compatibility and
performance. • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with
hardware, software, system, and manufacturing teams to align test
strategies and validation milestones. • Documentation: Create
technical documentation, including integration strategies, test
methodologies, and modernization plans, to support system
integration. Required qualifications to be successful in this role:
• Education and/or Experience: Bachelor’s degree and/or 2 to 5
years of experience • Security Clearance: TS/SCI required with the
ability to obtain a TS/SCI with Poly • Technical Expertise: Strong
understanding of system architecture, data exchange protocols, and
relevant industry standards. • Testing Methodologies: Proficiency
in various testing types, including operational, integration, and
regression testing, with an understanding of appropriate test
rigor. • Problem-Solving: Ability to analyze complex problems,
identify root causes, and develop effective solutions. • Data
Analysis: Skill in using data analytics to evaluate test outcomes
and drive continuous improvement. • Communication: Strong verbal
and written communication skills to report findings and collaborate
effectively with diverse teams. • Tools and Technologies:
Familiarity with tools for architecture development (such as
DoDAF/SysML) and test environment deployment. CGI is required by

compensation range for this role. The determination of this range
includes various factors not limited to skill set, level,
experience, relevant training, and licensure and certifications. To
support the ability to reward for merit-based performance, CGI
typically does not hire individuals at or near the top of the range
for their role. Compensation decisions are dependent on the facts
and circumstances of each case. A reasonable estimate of the
current range for this role in the U.S. is $100,000.00 -
