Seeking skilled team drivers for CDL-A Refrigerated Lease Purchase opportunities. This position involves hauling refrigerated products in a large freight network. Success in this position requires excellent driving skills, the ability to maintain cold chain integrity, and the willingness to work long hours. Safely operate a large tractor-trailer truck over prescribed routes or within certain areas. Load, handle, and transport refrigerated goods, ensuring their integrity and freshness throughout the transit period. Perform pre-trip, en-route, and post-trip inspections on equipment and cargo, managing any necessary documentation. Plan routes efficiently and adhere to predetermined schedules. Comply with all DOT and in-house regulations and rules. Handle documentation related to cargo, such as bills of lading and inventory records. Maintain good working relationships with team partner and coordinate driving periods to ensure compliance with rest and driving hour's regulations. Ability to manage time effectively to meet delivery schedules. Strong navigation and efficient route mapping skills. Excellent communication skills for effective coordination with team drivers and dispatchers. Mechanical aptitude to manage minor repairs on the road.
