Logistics Onsite | Lancaster, PA About the Role We are seeking a
results?driven Sales Executive to join our Warehouse & Logistics
team in Lancaster, PA . This role is responsible for generating new
revenue by selling warehouse storage solutions, logistics
containers, and international logistics services to B2B customers.
The ideal candidate excels at understanding complex supply chain
needs, creating customized logistics solutions, and building
long?term client relationships across domestic and global markets.
This is a customer?facing role with a strong emphasis on local
travel and in?person meetings, supported by a collaborative sales
and operations team. Key Responsibilities Identify, prospect, and
develop new B2B clients requiring warehouse storage, container
solutions, and logistics services Sell warehouse space, storage
solutions, containerized logistics, and international freight
services Conduct client meetings, site visits, and virtual
presentations to assess operational and supply chain needs Prepare
and present customized proposals, quotations, and service
agreements Negotiate pricing, contract terms, and service scope to
close profitable deals Collaborate closely with operations,
warehouse, and logistics teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Manage and grow existing client accounts, identifying upselling and
cross?selling opportunities Monitor market trends, competitor
offerings, and customer demand Maintain accurate sales activity,
forecasts, and pipeline reporting using CRM tools (Salesforce)
Represent the company professionally at client meetings, industry
events, and trade shows Required Skills & Qualifications Proven
experience in B2B sales , preferably within logistics, warehousing,
freight forwarding, or supply chain services Strong understanding
of warehouse operations, storage solutions, and logistics processes
Experience selling services rather than physical products is highly
preferred Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation
skills Ability to manage multiple accounts and sales cycles
simultaneously Self?motivated, target?driven, and results?oriented
Proficiency with CRM systems and Microsoft Office (current use of
Salesforce ) Willingness to travel locally within the Lancaster
area Preferred Qualifications Experience with international
logistics, freight, or containerized shipping Knowledge of supply
chain optimization and logistics cost structures Existing network
within logistics, manufacturing, retail, or import/export
industries Work Environment & Schedule Full?time, Monday–Friday
Core hours are 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM , with flexibility Primarily
customer?facing role with local travel within the Lancaster area
1–2 onsite office days per week to collaborate with the sales team
and leadership Majority of time spent meeting with customers and
driving new business Job Type & Location This is a Permanent
position based out of Lancaster, PA. Pay and Benefits The pay range
for this position is $75000.00 - $95000.00/yr. Benefits after 90
