Silver Spring/ Metro Accessible
Leave work at 5:00 for School or Family Obligations (no overtime
required)
To $22 /hr. to Start
A patient individual with knowledge of the subsidized housing
guidelines needed to "GIVE BACK" to the
community. This is a Great opportunity to work with people who
CARE, instead of companies trying to make money on their rental
properties. Spend time with applicants to explain criteria, help
them complete applications, update eligibility records in the
database, and notify applicants of openings.This position will
utilize your leasing/ property management experience while giving
back to the community by helping families who qualify for rental
assistance. Requires a minimum of one year experience working with
eligibility of applicants through leasing, interviewing, or
re-certifying at an affordable property. Yardi software experience
