If the position isaccepted by the incumbent on the job, other application/resume ofnon-incumbents will not be reviewed.THIS POSITION IS CONTINGENT UPON BID AWARD. Summary: The TaskLeader establishes and maintains procedures for adhering to performancemetrics and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Duties and Responsibilities: Manage documenttracking databases, inventorying records, and scanning regulatory records.Perform extensivequality control activity; carry out 2nd level quality reviews on workperformed.Act as primarypoint of contact for Project Managers and provide assistance to the client.Provide backup insupervisor's absence.Monitor workloads,prioritize work and assign staff resources, as necessary, within their area ofoperation.Implement StandardOperating Procedures SOPs and train staff accordingly.Assist withtraining activities for new hires.Review and monitorperformance for completeness and adherence to standards timeliness and quality.Solicit feedbackon project performance from the client.Assist withcompilation of daily, weekly, and monthly reporting requirements.Prepare and sende-mails to the client for corrections, changes, and guidance.Performcorrections/changes as requested and/or as identified by the client.Follow-up oncorrections and problem areas identified or areas where proceduralclarifications are needed, including reporting all quality or performanceproblems to Project Management staff.Other duties asassigned MinimumQualifications:(To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essentialduty satisfactorily.) High school DiplomaBaccalaureatedegree and at least 4 years experience in a document, records informationmanagement or life sciences environmentMinimum 7 years ofprogressively more responsible leadership experience in a records management,document management or life sciences environment Knowledge, Skillsand Abilities:Be able toeffectively communicate orally and in writing. Functionalknowledge of Microsoft Access, Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook andWindows-based operating systems is required.Must have adetailed knowledge of lifecycle records management including the use of fileplans, records inventories and records disposition schedules. Must have clientcustomer service experience. Must have ademonstrated ability to oversee all facets of a regulatory document and recordsmanagement effort and staff. Must beknowledgeable in contemporary project management tools and command of the coreprinciples of effective management. Must have theability to plan and schedule production and resources to ensure turnaroundrequirements in these areas are met. Shall have theability to effectively communicate with FDA user organizations and technicalstaff. Specific vision abilities required by this jobinclude close vision. Work Environment: (Thework environment characteristics described here are representative of those anemployee encounters while performing the essential functions of this job.)The employee will normally work ina temperature-controlled office environment, with frequent exposure toelectronic office equipment.During visits to areas ofoperations, may be exposed to extreme cold or hot weather conditions.
