ABOUT THE POSITION
As Administrative Office Coordinator you will provide
outstanding customer service to internal and external customers in
all interactions. Responsible for communication of, changes to and
updating of the corporate external website. Maintains schedule for
COO and provides executive support as needed. Acts as corporate
liaison and secretary to the Board of Trustees and any other
leadership groups and meetings. Supports executive office
administrative functions including scheduling, minute taking,
information distribution. Maintains daily office functions
including mail distribution, filing, ordering of all supplies,
office upkeep and maintenance. Assists in development of annual
executive office budget in coordination with the COO, and
Controller. Monitors executive department budget.
Associates Degree from an accredited college or university with
at least two (2) years related experience and/or training; OR a
Bachelors Degree from an accredited college or university.
Experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
