We are seeking an administrative assistant to perform various
administrative duties including office management, HR tasks,
employee scheduling/accountability, preparing business
correspondence and working closely with management. The position is
available in a busy Silver Spring office, located close to the Red
We are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated and
experienced individual who is efficient and comfortable being a
lead member of our team. Candidates must possess strong leadership
and communication skills, have the ability to multi-task, while
maintaining complex schedules and managing administrative support.
The ideal candidate for this job is resourceful, takes initiative,
a good problem solver and organizer. Assuring a steady completion
of workload in a timely manner is key to success in this
Candidate must have a minimum of 9 years of office experience,
ability to multi task, ability to deal tactfully and courteous with
the public and various personalities, has experience in using
Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, Excel) and data entry. Candidate
must possess experience in office management, responding to emails,
HR tasks and the ability to effectively communicate with potential
customers, clients and associates. Excellent writing skills are
required. Some college credits or degree preferred. Strong
organizational and leadership skills a must. Retirees are
encouraged to apply. 32-40 hours a week, some weekend work required
in exchange for week day(s) off. Must demonstrate a solid clean
