Job Description:

Account Executive is the entry-level marketing position for an industry partnered with Fortune 500 companies and Non-profit charities that is undergoing massive growth.

Compensation: Competitively Teamwork performance Based, bonuses, base, & incentives

Marketing Entry-Level Purpose:

Research, develop, implement, track, and employ marketing data, strategies, sales, and techniques; progressing to learning the back end duties of a marketing office culminating in running an office.

Marketing and Job Duties:

- Conceive ideas, information, research, relationship building to enhance marketing strategies through trial and error

- Creatively implementing marketing plans for different products, service, or charities to enhance ROI

- Set Marketing schedules, locations, and partnerships with colleagues, sponsors, liaisons, media representatives, and other professionals to extend reach through various channels

- Answer questions from clients about the company being represented and assisting in the support process

- Exemplifying premium customer service. We pride ourselves on being the top marketing team in the industry.

- Track sales data and quota to meet team goals

- Develop yourself and others to create a team based atmosphere of success

- Recruit, manage, and train team members for the company's marketing teams

- Assign specific employees to projects and specific goals as necessary

- Executive and adhere to company policies while excelling in proficiency within the systems

ALTHOUGH PREVIOUS SKILLS, QUALITIES, EXPERIENCES NOT REQUIRED, BUT WILL NOT BE OVERLOOKED

Accelerated training will be provided for all, but exemplary candidates may scale the program and levels of training quicker than any other industry.
