The RBS Internship Program offers students the opportunity to learn about the grocery retail industry while also putting into practice all the skills they've learned at school. This is a 12-week program, typically from late May to mid-August, where interns spend the majority of each week working with their manager and team and attend weekly intern leadership development events like lunch & learns, facility tours, and structured learning reviews.
We anticipate RBS Internship positions will be available across a variety of departments such as:
HR
Finance
Project Management
Business Strategy
Innovation and more!
Please note that at the time of application to our internship program you must be actively enrolled in a Bachelor's or Master's program with a graduation year of 2023 or later.
