Job Description:
Design, deliver, and optimize Virtual Infrastructure Services to
improve security, availability, performance, and resource
utilizationReview current virtual infrastructures, architectures,
designs, and operations to identify potential improvementsAnalyze,
refine, and document the requirements for transition from legacy
architectures into modern virtualized infrastructure
environmentDesign virtual Infrastructure services to maximize
available capacity of physical compute, storage, and network
hardware resourcesDocument security, configuration, and performance
benchmarks of Virtual Infrastructure ServicesBS 5-7 Years, MS 3-5,
PhD 0-2Experience in VMware engineering and integration hosting one
or more Operating Systems: Windows, Linux, Solaris, UNIX, and/or
AIX systemsExperience in VMware vCloud Enterprise SuiteMust have a
current DoD 8570.1-M IAT Level II certification (i.e., Security+
CE)Must possess an active TS/SCI clearance with SCI
eligibilityProfessional-level VMware certification desiredITIL

Minimum: $57,500Salary Mid: $115,000Salary Maximum: $143,800The
estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this
position, and is just one component of Peraton's total compensation
package for employees. Other rewards may include annual bonuses,
