Part Time Elder Care Activity Aide - 14 hours/week
Activity Aide pay: $17.10-$18.50/ hr, + $1.25 / hr for weekends! Activity Aide hours:
One weekday, 8:00am - 4:00pm; and every other weekend 8:00am - 2:00pm; pluse PRN

Join our team as an Activity Aide and help bring joy, connection, and purpose to the residents of our senior living community.In this role, you'll deliver life enrichment activities that bring love and happiness to older adults living in our retirement home. You'll engage residents in meaningful experiences through music, art, games, and group activities that support creativity and personal expression.
The ideal candidate is adaptable, creative, self-aware, and works well in collaboration with other departments to support community-wide goals.

• A sincere desire to work with older adults, including those with disabilities
• Understanding of the physical, emotional, and psychosocial needs of seniors and individuals with special needs
• Ability to interact with residents, families, visitors, staff, and volunteers in a courteous, patient, and cheerful manner
• Previous experience working with older adults is preferred
• Valid Pennsylvania driver's license is preferred
• High school diploma or GED required
