• US citizenship is required per the contract.
• 8+ years of hands-on experience administering Atlassian tools in an enterprise environment (Jira, Confluence, Bitbucket).
• Must have an Active Secret Security Clearance.Salary RangeThe salary range (or hiring range) for this exempt position has been established at: $135,000 - $150,000.The above salary range represents the company's good faith and reasonable estimate of the range of possible compensation at the time of posting. In addition, we offer a variety of benefits including company holidays, paid time off, health insurance, dental insurance, vision insurance, life and disability insurance, tuition reimbursement, as well as 401K with company match. This job will be posted until filled or withdrawn.ResponsibilitiesThe Atlassian Administrator will provide support for the suite of tools with a focus on JIRA, Jira Service Desk, Confluence, and Bitbucket. Duties include:
  • Administer, configure, and maintain Atlassian Jira, Bitbucket, and Confluence applications, including deployment, configuration, and management in an enterprise environment.
  • Evaluate the O&M Jira instance, re-design, and modernize as required.
  • Ensure accurate status tracking and time management in Jira workflows.
  • Develop and implement Atlassian workflows, custom fields, and screens.
  • Manage user permissions and system settings within Atlassian applications.
  • Integrate Atlassian tools with third-party applications and tools.
  • Perform upgrades and migrations for Atlassian applications.
  • Manage Atlassian Marketplace plugins and add-ons.
  • Oversee repository management and governance of Bitbucket source code repositories, developing best practices and monitoring access.Travel Requirements75 - 100%Job Requirements
    • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience).
    • 8+ years of experience with Atlassian tools in an enterprise environment.
    • Experience with Atlassian Data Center or Cloud environments.
    • Strong understanding of Jira Service Management.
    • Experience with system administration, upgrades, and performance tuning.
    • Hands-on experience with Atlassian Marketplace add-ons and integrations (e.g., Slack, GitHub, Jenkins).
    • Familiarity with Agile, Scrum, and DevOps methodologies.
    • Strong scripting and automation skills (e.g., Groovy, Bash, Python, Jira Automation Rules).
    • Experience with workflow customization, permission schemes, and custom fields.
    • Experience with source control and code repository governance (Bitbucket or Git).
    • Atlassian certifications (e.g., ACP-120, ACP-610) are a plus.
    • Must have an Active Secret Security Clearance.
