What you will do Lets do this. Lets change the world! In this vital
role the Marketing Director for Repatha, one of Amgens flagship and
priority brands, will not only have a significant impact on the
continued and future success of our US Cardiovascular business at
Amgen, but also the lives the CV patients that can benefit from
Repatha treatment. In this vital role, you will be responsible for
the strategy and execution of omnichannel promotional strategies
targeting primary care audiences. This role will be instrumental in
developing and implementing personalized, data-driven marketing
programs that effectively communicate the impact of cardiovascular
disease and the clinical benefits of an innovative CV therapeutic
for patients who have not achieved their treatment goals. You will
work closely with internal teamsincluding MAC, sales, training,
Omnichannel marketing teams, Global Commercial Capabilities and
Commercial Insightsas well as external partners to enhance
engagement and execution. This role offers an exciting opportunity
to contribute to a team focused on driving growth with Primary Care
Customers. Specific Responsibilities will include: Develop and
implement integrated marketing strategies that utilize both
personal and digital channels to enhance brand adoption by Primary
Care audience Guide Strategic decision making, ensuring that all
promotional initiatives and tactics align with brand strategic
imperatives Oversee content development leveraging insights to
create breakthrough creative assets for a large sales teams Lead a
team of marketing managers to reach their potential and establish a
culture of success that embodies Amgen values Collaborate with
cross-functional teams, including sales, analytics, training global
commercial and capabilities, and medical to align marketing
strategies with overall business goals Oversee projects through the
legal, regulatory, and medical review process to ensure compliance
and effectiveness Manage budget and investments to optimize impact
What we expect of you We are all different, yet we all use our

we seek is a collaborative leader with these qualifications. Basic
Qualifications: Doctorate degree and 4 years of Marketing
experience Or Masters degree and 7 years of Marketing experience Or
Bachelors degree and 9 years of Marketing experience Preferred
Qualifications: 3 years of managerial experience directly managing
people and/or leadership experience leading teams, projects,
programs or directing the allocation of resources 5 years of
experience in a series of commercial roles of increasing scope,
scale and complexity, with leading companies in the
bio-pharmaceutical or health and wellness industry Experience
developing and implementing innovative commercial strategies,
within highly competitive markets where innovation and marketing
prowess are a key factor of success Established thought leadership
across marketing channels, campaign planning, segmentation to
leverage a unified strategy to create personalized experiences
Strong track record in leading cross-functional teams in a matrix
environment; managing projects involving multiple functions and
shared accountabilities Strong understanding of legal and
regulatory environment in pharmaceutical promotions, pharma
industry guidelines, and other compliance-related issues Proven
experience in developing and executing clinical marketing programs

salary range for this role in the U.S. (excluding Puerto Rico) is
posted. Actual salary will vary based on several factors including
but not limited to, relevant skills, experience, and
