Job Overview USP is seeking a Product Marketing Specialist –
Digital Standards to support and enhance marketing programs for our
Digital Standards and Emerging Standards product portfolio. This
role blends product marketing, digital campaign execution, and
lead?generation strategy. The ideal candidate is hands?on,
data?driven, and comfortable owning multi?channel marketing
initiatives that drive awareness, engagement, and conversion. This
role is critical in shaping how industry perceives USP’s Digital
Standards portfolio. You will translate complex technical and
regulatory innovations into compelling narratives that inspire
early adopters and drive collaboration across the pharmaceutical
ecosystem. As pharmaceutical development and manufacturing
continues its digitalization journey, USP is seeking to take an
active, collaborative role in helping advance digitalization of
analytical development and quality control workflows through the
delivery of chemical reference and analytical method standards
directly into digital environments. This position will help raise
awareness, leading to collaborations that shape a new paradigm of
quality standards. You will help tell the story of how
pharmaceutical standards are evolving for digital workflows. How

Additionally, USP’s People and Culture division, in partnership
with the Equity Office, invests in leadership and workforce

collaborative, and results-driven work environments. The Product
Marketing Specialist – Digital Standards, has the following
responsibilities: Draft, execute, and optimize compelling content
for conferences, sales enablement, email campaigns, newsletters,
and organic social media in alignment with product messaging and
campaign goals. Develop, execute, and optimize digital marketing
campaigns that support product awareness, positioning, lead
acquisition, and goals. Manage, maintain, and publish scheduled
marketing content across channels. Coordinate content reviews,
approvals, and asset delivery across internal teams and
stakeholders. Support campaign setup and execution within marketing
automation platforms (e.g., Pardot, Marketo). Assist with vendor
coordination, including invoicing and communicating timelines or
deliverables as needed. Monitor campaign performance using KPIs,
dashboards, and analytics tools; provide insights and
recommendations for continuous improvement. Develop messaging
frameworks explaining Digital Standards to non-experts. Collaborate
with product/program leads to define value propositions targeted at
early adopters. Support creation of thought-leadership assets
(whitepapers, explainer videos, infographics). Partner with
industry relations / BD teams to align campaigns with collaboration
opportunities. Contribute to conference strategy: booth messaging,
speaker abstracts, promotional assets. Support personal development
and market segmentation for new product categories. Success will be
measured by growth in awareness for Digital and Emerging Standards
based on campaign performance and the number of qualified
collaboration leads generated. This role is hybrid, with an
expected travel commitment of up to 10% for conference support. Who
is USP Looking For? The successful candidate will have a
demonstrated understanding of our mission, commitment to excellence
through inclusive and equitable behaviors and practices, ability to
quickly build credibility with stakeholders, along with the
following competencies and experience: Bachelor’s degree in
marketing, communications, or related field. 2 years of experience
in digital or product marketing, communications, or a related
field. Experience developing content for scientific or
regulated-industry audiences. Comfort with B2B funnel metrics,
attribution models, and CRM/marketing automation integrations
(e.g., Salesforce Pardot/Marketo). Ability to translate complex
digital/technology topics into compelling marketing narratives.
Experience with social media scheduling tools (e.g., Hootsuite,
Buffer). Familiarity with marketing automation platforms (e.g.,
Pardot, Marketo). Experience with native social platform insights.
Experience in pharmaceutical, scientific, healthcare, nonprofit, or
regulated industries Additional Desired Preferences Experience with
genAI tools like ChatGPT, Microsoft CoPilot, etc for workflow
improvements and automation. Demonstrable commitment to public
health/patient safety/consumer protection. Comfortability with
ambiguity. Demonstrated ability to problem solve and get things
done. Supervisory Responsibilities None, this is an individual

is protected. Compensation Base Salary Range: USD $85,200.00 –
$108,400.00 annually. Target Annual Bonus: % Varies based on level
of role. Individual compensation packages are based on various
factors unique to each candidate’s skill set, experience,
