Job Description:

Position Description: Serco is seeking an Administrative Analyst to support the Division Director, his Deputies and staff in performance of office or non-manual work directly related to the management or general business operations of the Division. This position requires an individual who can adapt to a fast-paced, team-oriented environment, and o rganization, accountability, flexibility, and ability to work independently are essential qualities for success.

Job description & responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Responsible for business operations, including front office administration, greeting visitors, online calendar management and organizational hierarchy; meeting logistics and invitations; work orders; records management; among other duties
  • Receive, review, and forward security clearance requests for frequently visited locations for the Division Office and for the branch offices
  • Properly handle Personal Identity Information (PII)
  • M anage the Form-1 process (preparation of Public Affairs approval for publications) for the Division
  • Co mplete expense and travel orders online for senior personnel using government systems
  • Support the fiscal accountability of resources through expert use of the Army Time and Attendance Business systems
  • Assist division leadership in planning, tracking, and reporting budget activities and status of funds
  • Support the development and preparation of reports, funding documents and inputting information into the General Fund Enterprise Business System (GFEBS) Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will have:
    • The ability to obtain & maintain a DoD security clearance
    • High school diploma with 4 years of experience OR an Associate's with none Additional desired experience and skills:
      • Excellent knowledge of MS Office Suite with demonstrated experience
      • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with the ability to effectively convey information across all organizational levels
