Eliassen Group is HIRING for Business Analyst positions to join technology, business, and product departments within nationally & globally known organizations.
Positions available for hire on full-time (40 hour/week, W2 employment) basis, and are able to be worked entirely remote for duration.
Positions available for interview and hire in June 2022.
Senior Business Analyst(s) - Job Functions

• Partner with business, operations, and strategy teams to understand & articulate business needs, translating them into functional requirements as user stories
• Experience with Data Analysis, System Analysis, Business Requirement Gathering and Data Warehousing concepts and extracting, compiling and analyzing data from systems and identifying, analyzing and interpreting, analyzed, and trends or patterns in large/complex data sets
• Assist in Data migration projects by creating source to target mapping documents and validation of migration by running reports and queries
• Shepherd technological change through implementation and sustainment using the Scaled Agile business methodology, through the role of product ownership extending into Project coordination activities
  Senior Business Analyst(s) - Skills & Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent years of professional work experience working on a software, integration, implementation, or process improvement delivery projects;
  • 5+ years of eliciting and defining business requirements with our Product Owners and business partners by leading Requirements Elicitation sessions
  • 3+ years of experience working on IT platform, business application, or collaboration tools
  • Familiarity with creating and editing reports
  • Hands on experience with writing stories and capturing requirements in JIRA
  • Ability to leading dashboard demos for stakeholders to solicit feedback and leading UAT efforts and accepting completed development work on behalf of the business
  • Capable of generating mock ups for dashboards and reports using pivot tables and pivot charts
  • Ability to prepare Leadership reports using data extracts and turning them into Power point decks on a weekly/monthly basis
