Position: Meeting Production Specialist
Location: Silver Spring, MD (100% On-Site)
Clearance: Ability to obtain and maintain a public trust clearance

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Able to offer unique and practical solutions to clients' needs while demonstrating the ability to adapt and present suitable alternatives.
  
• Expert in virtual meeting technology including webinar with advanced troubleshooting skills and the ability to work with poise in a high-paced government environment. Stay up-to-date with the latest changes in core functionality and tools.
  
• Deep understanding of various physical in-room conference systems including troubleshooting AV racks, teleconference-VTC codecs, Creston/AMX, and related touch panel systems.
  
• Create, coordinate, and maintain deadlines from pre-meeting through post-production responsibilities.
  
  
  Qualifications
  
  
  • 
    
  • Bachelors Degree in Technical Field with 3+ years of relevant experience, or 8 years of relevant experience in lieu of a degree.
    
  • Certified Technical Specialist (CTS) certification is a plus.
    
  • Must understand AV conference room system operation and signal flow.
    
  • Experience working in a government environment preferred.
