Job Description:
The PSE Sales & Services/Distribution Associate is responsible
for providing customer service within the postal distribution
network. This position involves handling sales and services tasks
related to mail, delivering excellent customer service, and
ensuring the smooth operation of mail distribution processes.
Provide customer service by processing and distributing mail.
Assist customers with postal services and product inquiries.
Operate sorting and handling equipment to organize mail. Ensure
mail is accurately weighed, priced, and processed. Maintain a clean
and organized work environment. Adhere to postal and company
policies, procedures, and standards. Strong customer service skills
Proficiency in using postal service systems and software
Operational knowledge of mail sorting equipment Basic mathematical
skills for handling transactions Detail-oriented and excellent
