Representative We are looking for a driven Inside Sales
Representative to maintain, grow, and service new and existing
accounts. Our Inside Sales Rep will play a fundamental role in
ensuring high-quality customer service to external customers,
including rapid response to all inquiries. The ideal candidate will
be detail-oriented, confident, and poised, and enjoy interacting
with people. This position serves as liaison between the company
and its customers, providing them assistance with order placement,
order changes, order status, shipment scheduling and general
concerns. This role works closely with other sales staff,
purchasing, management, and customers. We offer a competitive

This is a Salary position with bonus opportunities.
Responsibilities: Develops and maintains relationships with
potential and existing clients. Applies knowledge of the field and
product features to match products to the needs of clients. Answers
inquiries from clients concerning products, their uses, and the
industry at large. Provides information, quotes, credit terms, and
other bid specifications to clients. Negotiates prices, terms of
sales; prepares contracts and submits orders. Collaborates with
purchasing manager, and other staff to confirm that orders are
processed with accuracy and efficiency and that products are
distributed properly. Requirements: Qualifications: Excellent
verbal and written communication skills. Excellent sales and
negotiation skills. Thorough understanding of products to be sold.
Organized with attention to detail. Proven ability to build and
maintain relationships with clients. Proficient with Microsoft
Office Suite or related software. Steel industry knowledge is an
