Job Description Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) Full-Time | Center-Based | Maryland | Unlimited PTO Take a Seat is working with a well-established, clinician-led ABA provider to hire a full-time BCBA for a center-based role in Maryland. The Role You’ll be working in a collaborative, center-based setting, supporting young children with developmental delays, including those with autism spectrum disorder. The role focuses on assessment, program development, clinical oversight, and family collaboration. Strong systems and support are already in place, allowing you to spend your time where it matters — with clients and clinical decision-making. Caseloads are intentionally kept small to ensure quality care and manageable days. Behavior Technicians are well-trained, and there is administrative support to reduce unnecessary workload. This is not a role where you’re expected to juggle excessive paperwork or constant crises.
