Some want time back without stepping away from emergency medicine. Others want to shape new clinicians and leave the specialty better than they found it. At Apex Vets, you choose your path. Path 1: Restorative ER Track For experienced ER doctors who want time back without leaving emergency medicine. Overnight ER role Work 9 months / take 3 months paid off every year (large chunk or throughout) Full technician support No non-competes Path 2: Mentor-Leader Track For experienced ER doctors who want to teach and shape the next generation.
