Summary/Objective:ASAE helps associations, and the professionals

as the Executive Office Coordinator. Candidates must be able to

the Director, Executive & Board Operations, this role would be
responsible for providing administrative support to the Executive
Office. The ideal person for this role thrives on taking
initiative, coordinating details and logistics, managing deadlines,
and building relationships.Essential FunctionsReasonable

to perform the essential functions.Executive Office Support:
- As the Coordinator, your daily functions will include, but are
not limited to, providing administrative, scheduling, and travel
support for the Executive Office -
- Coordinate the meeting/travel schedule -
- Planning and executing calendaring functions for virtual and
in-person meetings and events -
- Coordinate all domestic and international travel arrangements

- Assist with scheduling and logistics for internal and external
meetings -
- Coordination of travel reimbursements/expense reports -
- Assist Core Team members with administrative tasks (travel,
document formatting, expense reports, etc.) -
- Assist with preparing of PowerPoint presentations and/or Excel
documents, as needed -
- Coordinate logistics for all committee meetings as needed

- Assist with coding and processing of invoices -
- Assist with coordination of conference center activities, as
needed -
- Other duties as assigned. -Essential Skills:

- Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, Outlook and Powerpoint

Experience
- A bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent combination of work
experience, training and certifications
- The ideal candidate must have at least three to five years of
experience in the coordination and administration of projects,
training, events and/or meetings -Preferred Education and
Experience -
- Association-based work experience a plus -Work
authorizationMust be able to work legally in the United States
