Our client, a professional association in Arlington, VA is seeking a temporary-to-hire Member Service Representative to join their team! About the Job: Process orders, maintain records, and process cancellations. Collect deposits and payments, and make billing arrangements. Follow-up with any changes in service and ensure customer issues are resolved. Maintain up to date vendor contact information. Complete additional duties as needed. About You: Bachelor's Degree is strongly preferred but not required. 1 years of customer service experience required. Superb verbal and written communication skills. Strong skills in MS Office Suite required. Ability to multitask competing priorities with minimal supervision. About the Position: $22/hr-$23/hr while temporary, depending on experience. $50k-$55k, when converted to permanent. Hours are 9am-5pm. 3 day/wees on site in Arlington, VA. Metro accessible office!
