Description As an Electrical Project Manager, you will oversee and
manage electrical projects, ensuring the successful execution of
project contracts while building and maintaining strong
relationships with all stakeholders. Responsibilities Build and
maintain relationships with customers, peers, supervisors,
administrative staff, field workers, vendors, subcontractors,
inspectors, and power companies. Execute and manage all terms of
project contracts. Collaborate with Foreman, Project Engineers,
Assistant Project Managers, and Estimators to define the complete
scope of work. Mentor and develop the project management team.
Monitor and manage project budgets and costs. Develop and manage
accurate cost projections and evaluate project performance; update
monthly Work-In-Progress. Monitor and prepare project schedules
with milestone deadlines. Prepare and present computer-generated
spreadsheets and reports. Maintain communication and collaboration
with the project team, including Project Foreman, Project Manager,
General Contractor, Architect/Engineer, and other subcontractors.
Prepare and manage communications with General Contractors or
Construction Managers for assigned projects. Generate new work by
developing and maintaining relationships with Owners and General
Contractors. Review, analyze, and make recommendations on project
change orders. Offer creative and innovative solutions to
customers. Estimate, price, and negotiate change orders as
required. Analyze drawings, specifications, and construction
documents to confirm project requirements and opportunities for
value engineering. Ensure attention to detail, efficiency, and
integrity in all aspects of work. Proactively manage billings to
maintain positive cash flow; prepare documents for billing purposes
and coordinate with accounting personnel. Conduct and document
procurement activities, including materials, tools, equipment, and
subcontracts. Report and resolve customer concerns and grievances
as needed. Ensure job site employees maintain a safe work
environment. Attend and conduct meetings as required. Travel to
various project sites as needed. Essential Skills 5 years of
experience in the electrical industry. Experience in
Electrical/Mission Critical projects. Experience with Bluebeam &
Procore. Field experience is a plus. Knowledge in construction
management, estimation, change orders, and RFI processes.
Additional Skills & Qualifications Data Center/Mission Critical
experience preferred. No degree needed, but a degree in
Construction Management or Engineering is a plus. Work Environment
The role involves frequent exposure to fumes, airborne particles,
moving mechanical parts, and vibration. Occasionally, you may
encounter extreme conditions at construction job sites. The noise
level can be loud, and work is performed both indoors and outdoors,
which may include adverse weather conditions. Benefits include 6

position is $100000.00 - $125000.00/hr. Eligibility requirements
