What We Offer You $25–$32/hour DOE, plus spiffs and incentives Average total earnings: $100k–$180k/year Steady, year-round work — no slow seasons Over 30% of our team has been here 10 years Ongoing training and professional development 401(k) with company match Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid vacation Company-provided uniforms Tool, iPhone, and iPad allowance Team events for employees and families Box seats for the Caps and tickets to Jiffy Lube Live What You’ll Do Diagnose and repair residential HVAC systems (AC, furnaces, heat pumps, controls) Perform preventative maintenance to keep systems running efficiently Troubleshoot issues quickly and accurately—no guesswork Communicate clearly with dispatch, managers, and customers Present repair options, maintenance plans, and financing when appropriate Build trust with homeowners through professionalism and solid work Keep your truck stocked and paperwork accurate Show up looking professional and ready to work every day What We’re Looking For 5 years residential HVAC service experience EPA Certification (required) NATE and/or other certifications a plus, not a must Comfortable working in attics and crawl spaces Strong communication and follow-through Physically capable of lifting 60 lbs Coachable, reliable, and takes pride in doing things the right way We may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to support parts of the hiring process, such as reviewing applications, analyzing resumes, or assessing responses.
