the DMV area. The Maintenance Director oversees all pool
maintenance operations, manages technicians, and ensures excellent
service for 500 clients. Responsibilities: Lead and train
maintenance techs Manage weekly routes and scheduling Maintain
quality, safety, and customer satisfaction Oversee openings,
closings, and chemical standards Requirements: 3 years in pool
maintenance or service management Strong leadership and
communication skills Knowledge of pool systems and chemistry Valid
drivers license Compensation: $65,000$85,000/year benefits (PTO,
