Linux System Administrator LOCATION Annapolis Junction, MD 20701
CLEARANCE TS/SCI Full Poly (Please note this position requires full
U.S. Citizenship) KEY SUMMARY We are looking for a dedicated and
skilled Linux Systems Administrator to join our team and play a
vital role in managing and maintaining our Linux-based
infrastructure. In this position, you will be responsible for
deploying, configuring, monitoring, and troubleshooting Linux
servers to ensure optimal performance, reliability, and security.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to support system
integration, implement automation solutions, and enhance system

POSITION RESPONSIBILITIES Install, configure, and maintain Linux
servers Monitor system performance and ensure uptime Manage user
accounts and permissions Troubleshoot and resolve server issues
Implement and maintain security updates Create and maintain system
documentation REQUIRED SKILLS Proficiency with Linux command-line
tools Experience with shell scripting Knowledge of server
virtualization Familiarity with configuration management tools
Understanding of file systems and storage Ability to monitor system
logs effectively DESIRED SKILLS Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g.,
AWS, Azure) Experience with containerization tools (e.g., Docker)
Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines Understanding of network protocols
(e.g., TCP/IP) Knowledge of security hardening practices Experience
