Job Description:

We are seeking a diligent and reliable Laborer Custodial to join our governmental facilities team. This position requires the individual to undertake various cleaning and maintenance tasks to ensure the cleanliness and orderliness of government buildings. The Laborer Custodial plays a crucial role in maintaining a safe and organized work environment for government employees and the public. Perform routine cleaning tasks such as sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming in assigned areas. Empty and dispose of garbage, recycling, and waste materials in compliance with safety protocols. Restock supplies in restrooms, break rooms, and other facilities as needed. Assist with setting up and breaking down rooms for meetings, events, and other functions. Report any maintenance issues, safety hazards or need for repairs to the supervisor promptly. Operate cleaning equipment such as vacuums, floor scrubbers, and other custodial tools. Follow all health and safety regulations and ensure proper handling, storage, and disposal of cleaning chemicals.
