• Supervise Counseling Team - Assign and manage counselors' caseloads, providing support and guidance to ensure effective treatment.
• Ensure Quality Care - Conduct quality assurance file reviews, ensuring accurate clinical records and compliance with Federal and State Regulations.
• Manage Counseling Operations - Oversee intake operations and ensure efficient delivery of counseling services.
• Supervise and Mentor - Provide ongoing supervision to clinicians, including conducting staff meetings, in-service training, and offering support for professional development.
• Act as Director - Step into the role of Treatment Center Director when needed.
• Maintain Caseload - Continue to provide direct counseling services while overseeing the team.
• Additional Duties - Perform other tasks as needed to ensure a high standard of care and compliance. -What We're Looking For:
  • Required Certifications - Current CSC-AD,CAC-AD, LCPC, LCSW, LGADC, or LCADC from the State of Maryland Board of Counselors & Therapists.
  • Supervisory Experience - Must have prior supervisory experience, be self-motivated, and possess leadership skills.
  • Experience with Chemically Dependent Individuals - Proven track record in addiction treatment and counseling.
  • Compassionate Approach - A positive, non-judgmental attitude and ability to connect with our patient population.
